parking lot is a one-way maze

the rv park in the back seemed a little sketchy

they don't charge a pet fee and have a nice area in the back with bags for dog walking

check in went well. able to park in front of room. salad bar at the cafe was decent.

rv park generates a lot of noise during the day, but that's not surprising

right near mt. shasta. good morning breakfast.

the pool area needed a lot of work .

did not like the pool and jacuzzi, and the gym , pool was ok but it could be better, jacuzzi did not work at all l was expecting have a nice

i loved the breakfast and that they had a gym and laundry room.

the pool wasn't that inviting and the gym was very small.

the food we ordered from room service was pretty unexceptional

great hotel. great location and the indoor pool and spa was perfect for the kids!

wish they had room service.

nice and clean rooms, restaurant and cooper lounge both excellent, bar was fun, great drinks, menu available

the room service didn't happen for a property that charges $400+ per

i would stay here again if the wifi was better, it dropped/disconnected constantly

the parking was great and when we got 4 feet of snow overnight they even lent us shovels and helped us

when i asked for late check out, they very gladly accommodated

the hotel bar closes at 8pm and the restaurant isn't open for breakfast.

the rooms were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials--plates, cutlery, kitchen gadgets, coffee maker,

beautiful! chalet was amazing! golf course exceptional! restaurant and bar were wonderful!

off the interstate but felt very secluded, lots of trees on the property as well as a large, open parking lot

old motel with poor parking

comfortable mattress. parking in front of unit.

friendly, clean, aviary/koi pond on premise. easy parking. close to yaks on the 5 restaurant.
