unless jammed down hard- the bed was very uncomfortable due to sagging- carpets needed steaming- kids wanted to swim but the pool was

even though it is mentioned they have a swimming pool, it was abundant

lots of kids in the jacuzzi area but that s why we got a personal tub room haha
bed was a little stiff and the spa bath jets are loud

they didn't only switch us but gave us a double queen bed room with a spa tub
noise from kids and housekeeping in neighboring rooms was bad
two kids in our group fell and were not running at all
room service: i requested water i didn't specify bottled and they sent me bottled w a $4
