and for the money i paid for the room should of had room service 24 hr

everyone from the greeter , front desk staff , waitress at bix , room service staff , and even the amazing house keeping was top notch

like that there was a lounge on the 7th floor where our room was, so not too far for the kids

the spa was overpriced and had hidden fees if you aren t receiving certain services.

they said they have heard that a lot so not sure why they would put a family with little kids in there & whoever the indian guy that worked saturday morning was harassing us kept knocking

bed was comfortable, along with the sheets and pillows. the hot tub and pool was a major plus.

and the pool was warm and clean and the hot tub was the perfect temperature
