kids club was perfect

the spa really is just a closed room and you have to call reception for them to open it and the gym is free, ok, small but nice only on the same floor of rooms

good wifi internet that allowed me to work at evenings when needed, always reliable, safe to attend

the pool bar and room service menu was a bit limited. the spa was a bit small.

breakfast was maxing, hotel clean,bed extremely comfortable and staff lovely!

only criticism is that the drinks and the food served around the pool

35 so had to have room service at an extra charge of 20 euros although we had breakfast included in our package

situation of the hotel is very good, right next to the ria formosa, the beach and golf courses

there was no clear direction to get to the gym and pool

in need of updating slightly for pricing , bathrooms and kitchen had recently been done and we're fantastic

studio apartment was huge, plenty room for us and our 2 kids, balcony view of the pool which was great

love the 4 seasons, the staff are welcoming and accommodating, it’s such a safe place for kids

was very comfortable and spacious with a separate lounge area, huge bath and terrace where we ate breakfast overlooking the golf course

unfortunately the roof top bar was closed. but the view from there was still nice.

room service did not change the towels and also bathroom exhaust switch needs to be added (kind of (+) we couldn t stop ordering room service cause the food and the sangria was exceptional (-) no room service (-)room service ie no bedmakeup no clean sheets towels during stay wrong hotel given wrong position to (-)no room service
