the swimming pool was beautiful

great bar and restaurant offering high quality food

sitting outside on the terrace bar gives you access to those views

the wait for drinks and food in the bar not good

looks like brand new and so stylish great breakfast great view and landscape highly recommended pool is

impeccably clean, lovely gardens, pool & surroundings

limited - drove to mula and didn't really like the feel of the town - ended up eating road side bar in el nino

gem but easily accessible and free covered parking

i would really recommend it to travel with kids

all bar staff were very helpful and nice as were the whole hotel staff.

we also had to pay for the kids buffet even though they were not eating

reasonable fee (5 euros per night), which provides security to personal transport, also there is laundry

we didn’t use any of the facilities like the bar or restaurant but there are so many options so close already

very practical for a quick stop in murcia the aircon in the room and hotel facilities such as the gym

bar or restaurant other than for breakfast but this didn't bother me as there were so many options

first room was above a bar and a bit noisy, reception were very responsive and helpful and moved us immediately

ver good gym is open 24/7 with 2 tread mills, fixed bike and other machines

spa had an issue and we were unable to use

accommodated an early check in and late check out

taxi ride out but we knew that when we booked, what we didn’t know was that the restaurant and bar were closed for our stay, would have been nice to be informed

there bar area very nice and the outside terrace was very nice

knew the spa was not open, but we thought the indoor pool was part of the hotel, but it was a municipal one next door

this year i had my mother with me and the bar staff were friendly, joking with her, and really made her stay a memorable one

wifi signal was not strong in my room.

the night porter was so stressed,he was trying to take room service requests as well

service (laundry ironing in express service, early breakfast, etc), spacy room, large bathroom,

the bar terrace was closed in the evening we stayed

just 1small point, i smoke and terrace bar where you could smoke was not open all the time.

room was good, hotel facilities, bar and restaurant excellent

also there where under age kids in the pool with no parent control the pool attendant was not

the room was clean, the pool was amazing, the bar was great, and the location was so close to the center, shops, and a tram station

no tea making facility in room poor gym location no spa facilities

early check in was a bonus

no bar to get a drink
