the bar area is very clinical - it has very bright lights

all bar staff were very helpful and nice as were the whole hotel staff.

my only negative was no soap to wash your hands in the bathroom in the bar 2 days in a row.

the staff for the kids club were nice and friendly but we found some staff rude at times and their english isn’t

very clean and comfortable hotel, so glad we could get parking in front of the hotel!

as an example, when we needed to enquire how to access to wifi connection passwords etc, she seemed quite belittling

had a mini bar bit expensive but used some of the items

decent gym.

found it impossible to log on to wifi and needed to go to desk for help

breakfast was great with plenty of choice

they made us a picnic breakfast box for the road

kids slamming doors and running up corridors at mid-night, reception did nothing

plenty of parking, friendly staff

there was a legos convention apparently and these were kids on caffeine that kept me up all night

is perfect for us, views of pool and golf course lovely , staff are very friendly and

breakfast was excellent and all the staff was great me and my daughter enjoyed our time here and

we didn't get to use the pool or gym as it was a bank holiday and closed

the hotel's amenities were top-notch, with a lovely pool and a fitness centre that i enjoyed using during my stay

also, when they mention a pool, it’s important to note that it’s not owned by the hotel—you have to pay extra to use it

there wasn't a lounge bar you could enjoy as part of the hotel or an area with sun loungers you could enjoy if you wanted
