kids swimming lessons taking place when i was trying to relax at only time i could manage to go

night, the hotel and room in general needed refreshing, lots of scuffs and scratches on the wall, wifi was slow,

and went out of their way to make it a great experience for us even giving us complimentary late check out for all our guest

place to explore and the hotel is about a 20 minute drive, there is a park and ride option as parking in the city centre is very expensive

comfortable clean and relaxed. helpful staff and parking available

newly renovated, nice selection of breakfast food, comfortable rooms and lovely facilities, great parking too

were very impressed with all of hotel from the parking spaces to the friendliness and helpfulness of staff at time of our arrival

we had dinner, too, with room service, and the food was very, very tasty

early and you are left with kfc or macdonalds if you arrive late, plus there is no restaurant or room service in the hotel itself on a sunday

particularly liked the breakfast buffet, an excellent 'full english', and the bar stocked newcastle brown ale, so that made me very happy too

the pool was great for grandchildren lovely overall

rooms, friendly staff, great pool and spa area , good location about 6 minutes drive to

high marriott standard, excellent customer service, facilities and spacious car parking

however, the lounge bar was closed, but cant be helped under the current c-19 circumstances

the spa was amazing. just such a lovey cozy xmasy feel. looking to come again soon

very late the team were engaging and polite the bar staff and waiting staff in the restaurant we excellent food was extremely good

felt breakfast should have been included in the price we paid

easy check. lovely restaurant and bar. great activities for the kids.

the bolognaise i'm sure was a kids portion because that was laughable then it was put in a massive bowl to look pretty 4

faultless, ample parking, excellent buffet breakfast and clean modern room.

my bank and her reply was 'well i can not check you in then sorry, well i'm standing there with 2 kids i was not happy

the linen was lovely and clean the hotel was quiet the facilities on site were great, park for kids(when its not 0 degrees outside) loads of food options, a shop, petrol, everything (+)very close to restaurants. had a kids play area. very good value for money. clean & good size room access to the pool etc lovely relaxing areas/bar good breakfast

the swimming facilities at the gym next door were a good bonus to our trip
