there was a loud group of people at the bar next door

the bar downstairs is attended by both guests and locals

no sports on tv in bar but that ok it is a quite place.

bar was perfect for us not too big or loud

so was quite nervous but everyone made me so welcome and relaxed, from check desk to bar to gym

breakfast. hot could be better

how quick getting room was even though there was 3 lisa brownes staying there , we got a fabulous spacious room spa and staff are wonderful, receptionist was so friendly

restaurants closed at 21:00 which was annoying as we arrived at 21:10 and the room service menu was limited

pool was a little cool!!!!
