it was wonderful having a mini kitchen and a nice big couch in the room and it was great having two pools and two restaurants on

a beautiful location, a beautiful hotel free manatee show if you have marina balcony room, free breakfast big beautiful rooms and everybody at the front desk is

restaurant, (noise only until 10:00 pm), and decor is amazing, as it is the included high quality breakfast

cleanliness of facility and the huge size of our room. and the convenience of having a kitchen.

wish the menu by the pool had more variety especially for kids

valet parking was part of the deal as with most locations now and no alternative that felt safe

hours, a symphony of multiple large dogs barking all day, and the banging of the doors in the gym just down the hall from us

bartender at pool bar was outstanding (remembered us by name) and went above and beyond to assure we had a great

husband liked the gym

having 2 bathrooms and in room laundry were especially helpful

lots of pool floats and kids running around- but thats to be expected at the beach

the pool is nice and the outside pool bar is a bonus

sand for young kids, volleyball courts, on site small outdoor bar next to the beach, a small mini golf area, large chess board with large pieces

much elevator didn't work no laundry detergent hallways filthy no sidedoor entrance after 10pm x1

its own beautiful private beach area with chairs, a heated pool, 4 hole put put, shuffle board and a tiki bar

the laundry facility was also very clean

internet connection, beds were indented from fat people and hard to sleep on, roaches in the laundry room, cleaning service only came once instead of twice, air condition sucked, location was

the room also had kitchen supplies which made it very convenient

also guests smoking marijuana near pool area

beach location, with plenty of extras like games, volleyball, mini-golf, beachside bar, vintage decor,

amenities -easy, fast check in & check out -stunning beach view for sunset -fully stocked kitchenette -environmentally conscience hotel -great location (close to everything you’ll need)

we played shuffleboard, mini golf, chess, cod hole and volleyball in the back of the resort

only thing i don t like about the property is the parking

parking is limited and no pet friendly rooms except for service dogs.

it was nice to have a pool, bar, and splash pad for the kids all in one area

next door to us there was a room service tray outside their door from sunday early afternoon

the $40 resort fee and $25 parking fee per night.

gym facilities were good

there was a ton of construction going all day every day right next to the pool that wasn t posted

booked a 2 bed queen suite with a pool view on booking

the location was great! the pool, restaurants and being right off the beach was very nice!

we loved the pools and the proximity to walking onto the beach

i liked that the tiki bar was open late

access to a gym was a great option

amount of children at this resort, so keep that in mind depending on what your looking form main bar by the poll was quick and had delicious food, and the frozen drinks were fantastic

temperature was really low outside and we had 3 kids with us, so this was definitely not ideal, but one of our sons had surgery and we couldn t

later, once we got back we ordered room service and got steak fajitas, mozzarella sticks, and chicken alfredo

can't beat the views and the tiki bar is wonderful

a very convenient bonus was the guest laundry room (coin-operated), which was clean and easy to use—perfect for longer stays

so, we sat in the lobby,(very cold) in our wet suits, 2 kids under 10 years old, and waited

got that fixed but we had to try 5-6 times to get it to open, which was only a problem bc we had kids with us

in the lobby was perfect for my 8, 9, and 16 year old when lightning took us away from the beach/pool

of people drunk by the pool the men harrasing the kids i booked 3 nights and i wish i did not the room service was fatal no soup beat up towel even the pool towels look like 200 years
