pool was out of order our entire stay

terrible in-room coffee; lobby coffee bar not open during holiday

staff was amazing. polite, helpful. laundry machines are free is always a plus.

pool seemed to look a little dirty but we didn’t come to swim due to covid so it’s okay and

extras such as guest laundry, exercise room, & indoor pool were all well maintained

the floors were not clean, took forever to get laundry done, pool was not open, was not secure because doors stayed open, looked run down due to

some of the furniture needs to be remodeled. i wish that the pool had been open.

fitness center had a working treadmill and clean towels

was paraphernalia left in the dresser drawer of the room our kids slept in

they did have a guest laundry area which i did get to utilize

lots of restaurants around and really big parking lot

but over all everything was great and the breakfast was pretty good also

cleanliness an odor in hallways,elevators,large area where pool, fitness room was etc.

$100 deposit just to stay there whenever it's one of the only places in texarkana with an indoor pool

no breakfast no housekeeping and no pool.

loved my room and the view of the pool was amazing

of fact whenever i was a child i had my birthday party there and it had a golf course a swimming pool and sauna a workout room all of the above and i just believe it's that place can be turned

the vacuum noise! the lighting in the bathroom! wish breakfast could go to 10:30.

veteran's parking spot right near the front entrance was a very nice touch
