beach amazing - some days seas a little rough - watch young kids (under 6 or non-swimmers) at the beach (-)at 9 is too late for young kids - we were in bed every night (+)the water over flow issue the hotel in general was a great experience lots of activities for the kids and adults very very clean hotel and im very happy with the hotel over all experience except (+) two pools, the kids pool and the adult only pee pool (+) the kids loved the slides etc (+) since this was the first time taking our twin boys to a resort, the kids pool was amazing, they loved it (-) and advertised kids club (-)pools aren t heated small and too close to the kids pool

we loved the infinity pool, the private pool in our room, we loved the greetings when we arrived, we loved the staff

we loved the pool area, mature trees, beautiful flowers

no gym and no full access spa

we cannot wait to come back with our kids

i only ate breakfast once, and it was awful. bar service could be improved.

staff were so amazing -friendly & fantastic with the kids

only complaint is the loud music from the recreationist at the pool
