we really enjoyed late check out

nothing - we basically had drinks in the bar with friends and slept overnight in the chalet

the bar staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming

checking in at about 4pm i forgot to ask about the wifi code etc

swimming pool dirty with lots of hair and dust gathering in large clips around edges of pool :

the spa ,like the hotel is spotlessly clean

pool was busy on a weekend with lots of kids.

a really lovely welcome when we arrived and we were given a free upgrade also and a late check out

really quiet rooms and breakfast was a really good addition

the sofa bed for the kids was very worn with the springs felt through the mattress

was great, the pancake machine kept the kids entertained

told my kids to stay near as it didn’t feel too safe

we had room service both nights, food was lovely and the kids ate free after 6pm with an adult eating, so they had a meal, dessert and drink free each

the gym was closed but then there is a pandemic

bar during the evening - allowing us to finish our drinks in peace vecause we arrived late - giving

a family room where the kids have their own separate space adjoining the main room is always a real bonus, too

there was not the traffic mayhem that can be sometimes found within avebury, and there is ample parking for guests and patrons to the pub

breakfast was fantastic

i also had a great burger in the bar that is part of this building

the phone reception and wifi (which is free) were patchy (+)arrival and were shown to our room which was beautiful, it was well appointed with a large tv and wifi, the extra large bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious, it had a large shower (+)were very welcoming; wifi was excellent; bathroom/wet room excellent, modern and just fab; they food was very tasty; (+)large apartment - great caring staff - all new equipment - coffee maker - smart tv - stable wifi - large parking - generous breakfast - overall excellent attention to (+)room, enormous bathroom, wifi, tv, coffee machine, fridge and hot water dispenser

service and check in excellent, despite a wedding going on, and great bar area and service.

wifi was great at all places

room was very clean, the staff were a little funny, i asked to have a late check out and they agreed, then i had a call asking if i had left and not paid for the bill

the bed was super comfortable and the tv & wifi actually worked which is often a problem in hotels

place, there is a great kids playground at the back and the views of the lake are spectacular

is a nice facility but it was absolutely rammed in the time we were allowed to use it (5-9pm) - kids everywhere and not at all relaxing

guests get access to the gym and pool 5pm-10pm and 6

could not find room service details in the room and the welcome pack

we were in a room above the laundry area so was quite noisy at times.

this place as it had 2 connecting bedrooms, kids had their own single beds and bathroom/showers

i requested an early check in and my room was ready when i arrived (even earlier than the time requested)

the owners clearly put the comfort and convenience of visitors first

towels provided for the dog, tests in the bar area for them also

the character and charm of the rooms. the decor in the bar and restaurant

but for a family room, it would be nice to have a small table and chair/s for the kids to sit at

clean and modern. facilities were good. late check out time is handy.

beautiful place with great staff. the breakfast and bar are fantastic

we chose an apartment for laundry facilities and to cook for ourselves which we did every night except the first night

could just about get 2 hands in the washbasin and no space for any toiletries in the shower the bar was lovely and traditional with excellent food

the room we stayed in definitely had the smallest bathroom i've ever seen to the point that its barely usable

the bar downstairs served a good range of beers and the staff were great

its a lovely bar but the rooms are tiny and dirty
