every morning i went down to the bar area just off the lobby and ordered an incrediable cup of bold delicious coffee

the bar outside also serves food but we didn’t try it

very nice facility with a free shuttle into old town key west.

i love the laundry, kitchen, big bedroom, big bathroom, living room

the pool was great with live music on some days as well as a tiki bar and chair side service

my kids enjoy the pool more than the beach

i called the hotel to see if we were able to check in early (i think normal check in is either 3 or 4pm here) and we got in at 9am

i was happy they had a laundry on site

did not eat breakfast on property; rather we took the early shuttle and enjoyed coffee downtown

valet service, room service, full dinner in restaurant

the shuttle service doesn't offer enough and waiting for it can be a bit long

another shuttle that runs every half hour, sometimes it was a little crowded getting to and from the drop

plus, there was a $30 resort fee but no ammenities, just a pool that looks like kids pee in it and a jacuzzi without hot water

room was horrible, the floor was buckling and coming apart, the laundry was next to our room and the sound of the laundry carts all day long was supper loud and

location was perfect for my wife, grandson and i while our kids stayed closer to duval st

rented their golf cart for the weekend, and found the price to be very reasonable

had the microwave in his room which is very basic requirement if you specially traveling with kids

beds are confortable and all other facilities are good like wifi, tv channels, etc

fee cost expensive and spa and gym closed but nothing offered in return

pool had plenty of room, so even when it was busy, it felt spacious

we did not know when anything opened/closed, what restaurants there were, info on spa/gym, etc etc

i like that it had 2 pools, one for kids

just the parking is limited and in my opinion golf cars shouldn’t park in the parking spot for a normal car me and my wife saw how 1 golf car

location within walking distance of duval st, pool situated in the middle of the complex was clean with relaxing scenery

the staff behaves like they are your old friends, the bar tender knows which restaurants are best on the island

24 hr pool and spa were amazing

stayed in a spa junior suite for the second time and whilst you don t get a view the bedrooms are large,

location is perfect. loved that we had a beach with bar and food service.
