pool and exercise room had been flooded and were not working

the lady running breakfast sis a great job keeping food stocked and everything clean

the staff was very nice and friendly and the complementary breakfast was good, complete with hot items (eggs, bacon, sausage, etc)

the tables in the breakfast area are close and the area is not very big.

carpets are dirty. my kids were filthy after crawling around.

decent breakfast very quiet and mattress was comfy.

knowing that we were exhausted they gave us a late check out (noon)

on bookit i signed up for the free breakfast and of course i paid extra but only 2 adults and kids under 12 get to either pick two cold or one hot item and my children where 16&14 my other room

you do all in your power to prevent it from happening, (let’s face it, it does happen, they are kids) this hotel will charge you for a new mattress, despite it being already dirty/damaged
