we stayed during the easter holidays and they had little chicks available great for kids

:) small, but important touches, such as when my room service drinks were delivered, i didn't have to sign for them, just

the staff from the second you arrive,at the door, reception , gym manager are all really lovely people

the pool and the gym were fantastic with friendly staff greeting us throughout the hotel

and the kids club were really good

we ate in the bar and the food was amazing and great value too

thing i can complain about was the room service staff i was about to get into the shower and there was a knock on the door but before

breakfast staff were very grumpy not a pleasent smile on any of their faces

but if pushed to comment, i'd say the sign for the entrance was not as obvious and the car parking was sporadic and i wasn't sure where to park
