even though indoor pool, the air was like being outside, very cold and uncomfortable

were in a room across from elevators there were people talking loudly, kids running up and down hallways until after 3 am

kids like to play with the door wether someone is using it or not

let the local kids run through the lobby, and in the bathroom, and said nothing they can do about

elevator was broken or being repaired from parking garage, so hefting our bags up stairs and down halls was inconvenient

we used the pool, fitness center and laundry and everything was just spot on

i thoroughly enjoyed my time there, i had no issues, with wifi, or any of the amenities, i loved the mirrors (no they are not two way mirrors) the bed was (-) i will say though, if there is anything, i do wish there was a password to the wifi, but it was fine i had no issues, and i had my own security measures so no biggie (-)wifi did not work well (-)wifi didn't work well. (-)shower didn't drain well and slow wifi. (-) would have liked to have wifi included (-)no breakfast no wifi no connectivity fb or s usb port. (-)half of the building (all the street had this problem), so there was no light in the bathroom and wifi wasn t working (-)shower was not working wifi was weak tiles of bathroom was broken (+) there was wifi and breakfast provided
