night person, a guy with she/her on i’d tag wouldn’t allow me to wash my laundry and the day manager said after construction workers left we could use the facility

garbage in laundry room overflowing, and not emptied for the three days we were there

we had a little gym room near us which was also nice

was a little worn out all around. gym was sad.

rooms was cramped, the gym was not in good order, machines were broken and it didn't smell clean

:) we enjoyed the outdoor pool and having drink at the pool bar as well as enjoying our (included) breakfast outside

convenient to have laundry facilities

the bed was super comfortable. wonderful shuttle service to the airport. very friendly staff!

forgot wake up call. kids running in the room above made slot of noise.

the suite is very much a 1 bedroom apartment with a small kitchen that had everything you might need to cook a meal

rooms, pet friendly, great value, everything is modern and clean, great breakfast buffet, friendly staff

it was also great they had coin-operated laundry machines available to wash her sheets for her dorm

the coffee bar on each floor was an excellent touch

we enjoyed drinks and snacks in the outdoor bar area that has a slight view of the lake, but there's also a 2nd floor terrace/gathering space

people and only two sets of towels in room, kleenex were empty, no clock in room, no bag to put laundry in, view was of an ally

of course, the highlight for my kids was access to an indoor pool

then the kids birthday party started at

over, food pieces and chnapagne glasses laying around, some with alcohol in them unattended with kids around

frig too small, pool and spa closed back entry didn’t always work should get free parking if staying more than 1

the worst part of the stay was the dozen of kids running in the hall until late at night

bit more attention to the pool area

breakfast is good, clean room, market food near, pharmacy near.

our family suit has no extra blankets or pillows and lacked all sorts of kitchenette

the room was big enough for my family and the kitchen was nice as well

parking, staff, clean, room, bed, breakfast, elevators

amenities we didn't use were guest laundry and exercise room

the newly renovated room was very comfortable the pool and the spa were clean and warm

i have never been to a hotel where people hogged the spa to sit w/o jets

the amenities (gym, pool) were good and they tried to create some lovely spots around the hotel

only complaint was that we requested a room on the first floor so our kids wouldnt make noise above someone else

bar only open in evening

extra shout out to rick, the resident mixologist at the bar who was super engaging and friendly

the pool was a little cold but the kids didn’t mind!

was really great from check-in to the really comfy and clean beds, check-out and the breakfast

next time i'll be sure to get a room closer to the pool.

the gourmet breakfast sounded delicous, unfortunately i over slept and woke up way to late to partake
