pool/hot tub out of order

we were taken in the shuttle, and collect after the weekend even though it was very late at night

within a few minutes rooms,clean , big rooms with wood flooring, big shower, comfy bed, great breakfast hours for being by the airport it’s so quiet at the hotel

for 4 nights and was told i have to clean my own room when i got the hotel for a vacation with my kids as a single mom
