the only vending machine on-siten was in the laundry room

we liked that it had a laundry with very efficient coin-operated washer and dryer

hosts and front desk we did this as a wedding had kids and 12 check ins across 8 rooms, no help, the worst post check out experience ever

i was with my family, kids were swimming and wife was in the hot tube, tried to order lunch, cost 90 bux for a burger,

an ocean front balcony that offered a second space in the room - very helpful when staying with kids

the outside bar by the fire pit was also nice inconvenient

and the bar downstairs was awesome and the stall was amazing it was a guy and a lady making food and drinks

room service was exceptional and the water in the shower was amazing

room service refuse to clean the dirty dishes

ordered room service and we were two doors down from the restaurant and it took about 40 minutes for our

friendly staff, free use of the gym and spa complex a 30 second walk from the inn with outdoor pool

are nice with coffee tea water 24 hr in lobby, sports spa next door, close to avila beach and good restaurants

across the parking lot the large gym has a grill with great sandwiches soup

enjoyed the trail to the golf course

very nice you could ride bikes had access to the gym and pool.

i chose this hotel for the gym, but the gym had a lot of unusable cardio equipment

we love that the rooms come with kitchens so you can bring your own food to save money

the two bedroom with living room and kitchen was perfect

i also wished that there was more to watch than the basic cable just for my kids

simple but adequate breakfast was served and there was plenty of parking

were traveling with our dog and they are one of the few chains that don't tack on an additional pet fee or we probably would have stayed somewhere else

they have a laundry facility available if you need it and the beds were actually very comfortable too

staff accommodated my request for an early check in which was very helpful of them

the pool was big and the room was nice and clean.

the cleaning ladies and laundryroom ladies have been so sweet and amazing to me as well

every room is spacious and interesting

they were bunch of young kids just hanging out, talking & laughing totally ignoring us

the design, food and cocktails are excellent and the roof top bar perfect for a drink before dinner with a beautiful view

baked goods available. room service was amazing. wine by the bottle available. very pleased!

we arrived late on and the pool had quite a lot of leaves in it, but these had all been cleaned up the following morning
