pool was closed due to covid19 but yet we walked by other hotels and their pools were open and

once the on site restaurant and bar are open that will be really nice

in the hallway from laundry carts was disturbing

the parking lot, a little pricey, late check out not available (front desk guy not very inviting or helpful), pool bathroom dirty,

gym needs to be enlarged and expanded upon.

beds were very comfortable, the kids loved the pool and adults loved the hot tub

the gym isn’t what you’d expect but great for yoga

we would recommend to anyone with or without kids

definitely going back in a couple of weeks with our kids

they allowed for a late check out which was helpful with the snow on our trip

we stayed in a suite so there was a full sized kitchen which was very convenient

like just a quick once over cleaning, the shower was filthy, sponge dish in kitchen still dirty, walls need cleaned, looks like just beds, tables and floors done, but not

delicious buffet breakfast,, 24 hour swimming pool, weight room,and conference room

pool and hot tub and sauna was super fun for us and the kids

they provide a light continental breakfast in the morning (bagels, muffins, fruit, yogurt, cereal, coffee/tea)

they also have a small laundry facility onsite (we used), which is helpful

the continental breakfast was more just snacks but still nice to have

we were able to do an early check in, which really elevated our stay as we had been traveling for a while

all in all the room was great had fire place and balcony, kitchenette and 2 bedrooms with queen beds

and hot chocolate, a little bag of saltwater taffy, and a bottle of bath salts to soak in the spa tub with

we had the king with spa tub room and they had bath salts and face wipes which was nice

bed was so comfortable and we loved the kitchenette and the jacuzzi tub

breakfast was outstanding, displayed very well, with cleanness and a variety of food and drinks

would you put 2 adults next to a family with kids sounded like they were in our room

gym equipment was difficult to use

but still being on one of the main roads going to tell all the amenities us were stocked and the breakfast was delicious

like a tiny apartment and we just loved being able to close our door for some privacy while our kids slept comfortably in the fold out couch

our kids are younger, this was the perfect size for us

breakfast buffet was great, kids enjoyed all of the choices

didn’t bring our kids but if we did i think we would’ve needed more silverware so in this case everything was

i phoned and was told this might be because we had a kitchenette

surrounding walkways were poorly kept, the interior minimal to tawdry - an old gym locker for a

location on the water was very nice. the gym was also reasonably well appointed
