if i would make any suggestions it would be in the pool and rooftop bar area

for room service, i waited on hold for over 30 minutes

no light bulbs in ceiling fan and ran out of food

( hopefully they don’t raise the prices) our room was a good size and had a mini kitchen

the pool could have been bigger.

check in was a breeze, they were even able to accommodate our early check in request

the kitchen area was really a bonus as we always have use for it

the laundry rooms were conveniently available during the evening

that the gym was closed and the rate was higher than last year.

didn’t mention on their website that they were renovating and that breakfast would be a banana, cereal or a yogurt

when it was breakfast time some things they was out of but the food was great though

only one laundry room available but glade washer and dryer worked

due to flooding in our home, no electricity, and no hot water, we brought laundry with us

washing machines- tried both floors that guest laundry was offered, one was out of order- others moldy inside

rooms were fantastic and the hot breakfast every morning was amazing

were water leaks in the gym and the common areas and black mold growing
