the bar next door (affiliated with the hotel) is a hit

the bar next door and loved the rolls and coffee in the lobby with comfy couches

the lobby and hotel is very scruffy. the staff at the hotel bar were rude and had a bad attitude

tiny microwave, tiny sink and bar fridge only

it may be a good idea to offer small plates/sandwiches, munchies at the bar next door

kids staying downstairs wer very loud and water pipes were noisy but otherwise very nice place

street was noisy, but we liked the two twin beds for the kids

also had a double bed and two singles in the second room which our older kids could stay comfortable in

felt safe in a really good location, central to what we wanted to do with kids

in a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen and a living room

the double beds are too high need to lower it for safety purposes for kids.

the suite was fabulous and kitchen was well equipped

the pool was also open and since it was cold, it was a heated pool

staff is excellent, breakfast is excellent due to great pastries probably from a nearby bakery

we very much appreciated the all-you-can-eat style breakfasts, with croissants, bagels, coffee, juice and danish pastries

the breakfast area can include a few more tables.

the room did not have a microwave or refrigerator which is a bummer when you are traveling with kids

very relieved to have picked this area with two small kids, able to lots on foot

st , david was very accommodating driving my truck he allowed me to park in a perfect spot , very clean rooms , they go above and beyond in

different location but would definitely stay here again because we felt safe staying here with my kids

gymn could have been better and the room on the 3rd floor facing the street was a bit noisy from

my kids loved the bay window overlooking japantown and the shower/tub

is no bar and the lobby communal area is more like a place to wait

gym is laughably small with free weights and no bench to sit on while lifting and a couple

kids might struggle to find enough to eat although plenty of pastries available

we had a family near us where the kids were running up and down the halls very loudly

the facilities were great and well maintained, i used the gym everyday and pool and saw them both being cleaned and checked at multiple points during use

we could even park our small rv in the parking lot

the people at the reception were nice and allowed for late check out

great spacious room. loved the closet space. very accommodating to our late check out.

very kindly gave us an early check in and provided information about the local area

breakfast could use more options .

the bed was comfortable, nicely prepared, the kids loved it

i'm travelling on business, i thought it would be nice to call home and show the gg bridge to my kids - it wasn't possible

skip the room service. food was mediocre considering how good the restaraunt downstairs is.

parking was first rate, tv wifi microwave and refrigerator were great as was the heating/cooling system

there is a kitchenette separated by a door, that is very useful for people traveling with kids and babies

i got excited about the foot spa andaman the bathroom and planned to use it between breakfast and checkout on our last morning,

old bathroom, but as expected. kids found bidet bizarre. valet parking was surprisingly easy.

and it had a kitchenette and a large bath (with bidet)

things like stained carpet, worn paint work and unmarked signage for spaces like the gym and laundry really let it down
