the restaurant did not have an identity, it was part of the lobby, but set apart, it had a bar but looked like a snack

the hotel had no issue with the dog -- and charged no pet fee

less as i didn't want meals either so it was just the ticket but there was a restaurant and a pool (outside) which i did not partake of (+) i love the pool (-)pool was out of order (-)outdoor pool in winter! (-)no smart tvs or indoor pool (+)out door pool (+)swimming pool and restaurant next to the hotel (+)the front desk staff pleasant caring & helpful....pool was pleasant... (+)extra bed we spent a great price definitely will be coming back especially in the summer time for pool outside (+) the outdoor pool was great

thought that for the price and the things like pool and workout gym were not usable, at least you would think they would offer you breakfast vouchers

w couldn’t use the swimming pool

there is no gym and the pool could be warmer and the water was a bit murky; felt more like a lake

we ran out of toilet paper, gym was closed due to renovations.

the spa tub was a major reason i booked this hotel and i was not disappointed

the room is big and spacious, and there was plenty of closet space/big bar fridge to cool personal drinks/food

even the nice fellow from the bar helped me navigate from the back door to the reception

wifi reception was spotty, and mostly non-existent

the wifi was way to slow for this day and age. the bathroom didn't have a fan.

it was a wonderful stay a very clean and comfortable room in the pool and hot tub were very nice

we didnt like that you couldn''t get room service past 11pm

we were kept up till after midnight with kids running around and screaming

so when booking, if you have young kids or don t want people staring in if you want some natural light, make sure your room is not
