the staff was very helpful in assisting us with the laundry facilities, and the charge for doing laundry was very reasonable

if you are looking for any amenities like a pool or fitness room go elsewhere

we arrived, we waited in the lobby for over an hour before someone eventually came up from the laundry room

called front desk no help basically said we do our laundry at night

also the staff was lovely, the shower/bathroom very nice and we had a good breakfast (pancakes, bread, egg, cereal)

i liked the pool and spa. the hotel was clean and confortable.

the spa bath in the room was wonderful and the steam room in the pool area

upon check in, not being able to order room service, house keeping didn't clean the room well when i asked for room to be serviced
