staff was friendly & very helpful; pool & hot tub great; hotel decor was lovely & room very luxe

i think the hotel is not improving the pool and gym facilities a bit.

the food from room service was mediocre at best.

the tv was broken, coffee pot was broken, room service was horrible food was cold, over cooked missing items, but worst issue was the hotel

we took a studio room and it had everything you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to do much cooking

complimentary breakfast was wonderful; staff more than helpful and pleasant

additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best i've experienced

pool opens early but i don't understand why the slide can't also open early or at least by 9 am

our kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide.

the pool table on a saturday night was turned into an adult party told the stay at front that my kids could not use it because of

the spa and gym were nice although treatments were overpriced

breakfast was great, room was comfortable and clean, and staff was wonderful.

i thought we had booked a kitchenette but did not get a room with a kitchenette.

i also liked the screens on windows and loved the kitchenette

we had good parking but i did notice all the rooms on the side have slanted parking

when we had a plumbing problem in the kitchenette, it was attended to right away

the kitchenette was nice, but it could have come with more cooking utensils and pots and pans

decent hot breakfast including scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and waffles

i had asked about a shuttle service during check in and was informed that i needed to make a reservation 24 hours in

had a early flight out of durango and it was the only hotel that offered us a shuttle service to the airport

i asked for some kind of credit because the elevators were broken and we have kids and stayed for two nights so had to lug the luggage 3 flights of stairs, they said nothing

love that it’s walking distance to all the downtown shops, the breakfast was great, & the staff is

your shuttle had still been running, trying to get a taxi to the hotel was very difficult

the breakfast pickup proces was very smooth and had lot of options

actually had eggs and sausage for breakfast in addition to the qinn ubiquitous waffles

we really loved their version of the free breakfast: will definitely go back again soon
