staff was friendly & very helpful; pool & hot tub great; hotel decor was lovely & room very luxe

i think the hotel is not improving the pool and gym facilities a bit.

the food from room service was mediocre at best.

the tv was broken, coffee pot was broken, room service was horrible food was cold, over cooked missing items, but worst issue was the hotel

we took a studio room and it had everything you could think of including laundry, a small kitchen, a balcony

our room was a suite consisting of a living room, kitchen area, bedroom and bath

some people might find the kitchenette too tiny and the fridge too small (hotel minibar size) if they want to do much cooking

complimentary breakfast was wonderful; staff more than helpful and pleasant

additionally, the gym and spa are one of the best i've experienced

pool opens early but i don't understand why the slide can't also open early or at least by 9 am

our kids had a blast in the pool and on the water slide.

the pool table on a saturday night was turned into an adult party told the stay at front that my kids could not use it because of

the spa and gym were nice although treatments were overpriced

in the summer, pool access would be great.

glad to have the peloton hike in the gym

location to walk to everything or take the free shuttle (we just walked), helpful/friendly front desk staff, beautiful big and comfortable room,

the hotel shuttle was so convenient and the shuttle drivers were so helpful and nice

plenty of room in the cottage, everything we needed in the kitchen

the laundry room was honestly a life saver too

were not comfortable at all my kids could not sleep in top floor pull out bed was squeaky and hard they ended up sleeping on the

traveling all day, i was very disappointed that the bar and restaurant were closed early for the evening

i couldn’t bring my drink from the bar to my room. y’all need to solve this minor issue.

we had to leave early before breakfast was to be served and pam made us breakfast to go

great breakfast and plenty of space to spread out in the common area

breakfast was excellent

the homemade breakfast was incredibly delicious and we loved the jacuzzis

breakfast was a 5-star event!
