nice outdoor hot tub ( pool was closed for winter )

staff accepted my request for an early check in, which made my day so much easier

clean, warm and usually not busy the kids had an excellent time in the pool

great pool for kids 11 and 14

pool is great, the view is great and the wooden drift wood dino’s in the back are amazing the kids loved watching the ferry unload and

the pool was great- kids had fun, didn't have any toys available but that was okay

the gym machines didn't work and were a bit shoddy

room was bright and clean, very good breakfast and the location is excellent, everything was walking distance, like shopping,

bar wine is from a box, bar appis are atrocious, frozen from a box

they allowed me an early check-in and a late check out to accommodate my work schedule

bar tender in the lounge walked out cause she's not well trained to do her job and she was alone

the gym is far too warm, very unpleasant to work out. value for money is not there.

beds were very comfortable, there is a bar fridge in the room. the cast was very reasonable.

we love the ac and comfort of the beds. we also appreciate the laundry facilities.

shuttle bus designed to make parking not an issue at campbell river is to late for the tour start

spa is amazing, staff are polite and helpful

wonderful pool & hot tub, amazing grounds, loved the lawn games that were available and the fire pits

rooms were very comfortable, we appreciated the water filling stations and the hot tub with the bar nearby was really perfect

a shuttle to town would be handy, as would a guest laundry.

the full kitchen and large comfortable sofas that faced the

very poor for anyone who likes to read, i would also like to see extra towels provided for the spa tub

the beds were amazingly comfortable. the staff were very welcoming. breakfast was great.

the most important thing was they had ev charging

very new facilities, friendly staff, large spacious rooms, and a great breakfast!

and one small request - please could you mount a wall-clock in the pool area

just a motel that had a relaxed atmosphere, and we had a really nice time enjoying their quirky pool and hot tub

indoor pool and hot tub looked good, but i had no time to try
