pool area umbrella's not in good condition, tennis court not good enough, our check in was delayed

spa facilities not all working and charge you for it

the hotel supplied towels for the pool area and wifi was available in the rooms as well as the reception area

the wifi was a little bit slow and unreliable at times but having said that it was still better than at

breakfast was a generous and varied choice, and the staff in all areas were welcoming and friendly,

pool towels poor quality needing renewed menu was exactly the same but standard of cooking was not

staff excellent and no children relaxing and restfull nice pool

there is constant music around the pool which is irritating and can be a bit loud at times

appeared to be the manager at the adults only restaurant was very rude and he made us uncomfortable

like they didn’t really want to be there some of the time, not much entertainment for littler kids bar the repeated 4 songs every

outdoor daily activity near the pool is quite loud so napping during

lovely big pool with a great roof terrace which had more pools and mini golf

was located above bar and close to pool so was very loud at night

everything else as a swimming pool, bar and rooms was really clean and nice

breakfast was good but not much choice for people who don't eat pork

breakfast ok - food was a bit samey samey but good hotel

ceiling in several places - food is ok, but isn’t great, no evening entertainment, and kids just running wild in the evening in the lounge area

30 the bar area was not very inviting and could do with a makeover
