pool and hot tub were out of service for over a month and did not clarify that on booking
no spare blankets for more kids
breakfast looked good but was unable to enjoy due to gluten allergies

the rugs in our room was dirty and upstairs kids running around in the hallway was not cool

location was convenient as on main road, & easy access to parking lot

a few people wandering through the parking lot , perhaps a security issue
no security cameras on the parking lot every night i had items stolen off my truck

breakfast was awesome
pool deck could have used some cleaning
the breakfast was hot with a lot more options than most continental
the rooms were even nicer than the pictures! and the pool had a waterslide!
