leave the laundry and trash in the hall ways for several hours, and there is no outside seating at the hotel

there's a laundry, but when i asked an employee for change i was directed to the gas station

there were no amenities like spa or sauna, continental breakfast, swimming pool, laundry, coffee and fitness center

i was initially assigned a building far from the water park even when i explained to the main check in i was in town without a car

the suite was amazing! if you have kids 10yrs and under this is the place to be!

- 4 inches and the snow plow driver could have done a much better job at clearing the snow in the parking lot

you are not an at&t customer it was difficult to connect to the wifi

for what ever reason, the hilton garden inns have a fussy, hard to connect wifi system.
