everyone friendly and helpful. nice hot breakfast. pool very nice.
and only had 1 towel and when we asked for more she blew her breath and only gave us 2 more so my kids had to share
free wifi worked well, bed was comfortable and the additional pillow was greatly appreciated
we had no trouble with the wifi
my kids loved the pancake machine

the staff we were able to give me quarters for the laundry although that was unclear what was required as there were no signs up to use them
the fitness room had some equipment that might have been 20-30 years old
the fitness room was good but i would recommend installing tissues and sensitizer to disinfect
it was clean. staff was great. breakfast was good.
i wasn’t able to get the provided breakfast. it was just a quick stay.

noisy location, not enough parking space

parking can be a little tight and with an event going on at the arena next door
the bar was also nice to have for a quick drink

the indoor pool was well kept but the hot tub was out of order, which really didn t matter to us
location is perfect next to convention center. hotel bar was great and the drinks were good.

the coffee didn't taste good at all and you had a bagged breakfast
the kids loved the king suite said it was the biggest hotel room they had ever been in and loved having
the 24 hour gym was a great perk too
