& evening meal were very good, the hotel has a good ambience with nice furniture in restaurant & bar areas

spa treatments are brilliant my partner had a massage & said it was best shes ever had

issue was that the gym is not the same as the pictures provided

was great, just in the city centre with all the shops and bars and literally 3min walk from the beach

arrival never got told breakfast was included with the room we booked, also never gave wifi

the rooms were clean beds and linen spotless pedro the entertainment guy kept us going music in bar lounge dancing to suit all ages brilliant will stay there

kids club staff was excellent. there was a young girl working with the kids she was brilliant.

the room service maids were excellenr and we left a good tip for them
