we absolutely love staying here, it feels like home, maybe even better with the pool and hot tub (which are always clean and lovely)

parking was ok and available in plenty as i had to use almost two spaces
proximity to the beach, early check in, clean rooms, ample towels.

on site laundry was convenient for us
was too short lol and we would have loved it if the pool had been open especially since it is indoors

the kitchen sink is a nice feature
raveling with 3 kids sometimes housekeeping is a need
the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had the kitchen items we requested and allowed early check-in so that we could get the room ready as a
right from hot chocolate pods for the kids to the hair dryer with diffuser for curly hair, kid friendly food items at the onsite

wish there was an outdoor pool
room service took almost 90 mins due to staff shortages
i also like the $15 voucher which was given if room service was not needed the next day
at desk were friendly but gave us no information at all would have used pool
liked the pool, the bar and the fact that we got free parking right next door
