hot breakfast was terrible

booked online for a room with a spa bath, and there wasn’t even any spa bath

the laundry facility was not working and our kids had to have uniforms washed for the next morning

the spa pool was a bonus

breakfast was fabulous and over the top quality and selection

had to leave and return earlier than breakfast so never had the chance to experience it but i had the perfect stay overall

the bed was really nice and the pool was great for my granddaughter.

so we waited for two hours with three wild kids to check in after driving for four hours

the evening reception drinks and the breakfast plus daily amenities

the pool was not heated, the kids enjoyed it but the adults didn’t want to go in.

had the pool closed down for cleaning with out making people aware prior to booking

both my husband and my kids are lactose intolerant so it would ve been nice, other than that it was the perfect stay

pool is inside but you have to pass through a small outdoor space

we had to stay at the hampton inn across the parking lot

however, when i was cleaning my car in the parking lot, they did check on me to make i was ok
