private parking central location good-value breakfast clean, quiet room friendly and obliging

the bar could be more controlled. beer flat. red wine open bottle with opened date on shelf

deceiving meal menu at the bar which lead one to think a three course meal was available

breakfast was excellent. the reception staff were friendly and helpful.

unless we misunderstood at check in, there is an additional cost to use the swimming pool..

parking in the spaces who are not residents of the hotel

other guests are considerate, for example kids playing in the pool were respectful of others, waiting until they were alone in the pool
