have not at breakfast at ponderosa only because we hook up with our family and eat with them

hot tub was not working. breakfast could be a bit better ... include yogurt and eggs.

the lady working the front desk was amazing and they accommodated an early check in

noisy area, people were noisy around us and our room was 205 which is located directly above the laundry room

staffs were really nice & friendly. nice breakfast, eggs are hard (a little soft is better).

i loved everything about my stay there and i especially loved the sauceage biscuit breakfast.

was no ice machine, no washer, no dryer, no maid service, pool was closed, only two soaps, towels with black whatever on them, they had been washed

picture online stated there was a pool but when we got there, there was no pool.

the staff in the breakfast room/continental breakfast works very hard to keep everything nice and supplied with food
