didn't realize wifi was not free and had to pay 5 pounds per day

staff very friendly & helpful. great to have a kitchenette in the room.

upgraded us to a room with a kitchen

we didn't use the kitchen, but it was fully equipped including microwave, fridge, stove,

the kitchen corner had everything we needed to prepare our family meals

comfy bed & great breakfast! late check out time was a bonus on sunday morning!

fulfilled my additional requests prior to my arrival and also gave us a late check out

breakfast was perfect and so was the service they provided in the evening

staff so lovely with kids. helpful and friendly

with teenagers,the free wifi through out stay with no charge excellent

there were a couple of issues with our breakfast

oldy worldy family run, customer focussed hotel, with real keys, dial in to reception and room service

excellent quality hotel with superb staff from front desk through to bar and restaurant.

bar on the first floor and location in common are not very tourist friendly

staff - gave us an early check in as we flown from bangkok

how modern and clean it was, plus ev charging was plentiful in the car park under the hotel which is super helpful

at breakfast, **kyuhee, delisa, murshed, and hena** consistently stood out for their quick service,

stress free and cheap in comparison to other car parks around ( 1 an hour with hotel discount) gym is good too (+) there is a small gym room which is ok for 2-3 people at max (+)staff, breakfasts, quietness, comfort, the gym facility and close to an underground station. (+) i didn't have breakfast and i believe there is now a gym which wasn't there last (-)no gym/swimming pool (-)gym on site (-)nothing really maybe improve the gym (-) gym had 1 of the 2 treadmills broken, there were no wipes or towels or even water (-)the gym is pretty sad. (-)basic gym

room we had backed onto where they disposed of the bottles from the bar and the delivery drivers so it was a bit noisy early hours of the morning but apart from that

the swimming pool was great, and the staff were all lovely and friendly

pool was good for kids.

breakfast and gym were great

central, great gym & pool, the food was lovely, housekeeping staff were great as were all staff

the restaurant bar was very nice and the food was delicious

i had to pay for the adults breakfast but kids did eat free

it was so nice that room service staff was invisible

unable to get early check in and late check out was a bit

welcome complete with warm cookie on arrival, the kids were really thrilled

staff at front desk and in bar very attentitive and welcoming

they also helped me with a late check out as i no longer needed to get the 5am train and a room upgrade

the snack pantry with coffee, fruit and crackers was perfect as we had kids and they really appreciated an apple before bed

no late night bar or in room service.

i can’t think of anything i didn’t like! breakfast was a little pricey but delicious!
