booked this location specifically for the pool, but it was out of service during my stay

facilities / - no restaurant - no one in the bar - it was like an apartment block and not a hotel no hot water for

pool was good size and clean. room was clean and our stay was quite.

i was next to the laundry room for quest did not hear it

front office staff is rude and asked why you would need housekeeping,and wanted me to bring laundry to them

all night laundry being done

the pet fee was reasonable

room smelled like cigarette smoke come to find out later in the night that the man that was doing laundry smokes in the laundry room

the pool was closed

hotel was super cozy the breakfast was good the pool was cold however it was like negative 10 outside my toddler swam her

recently renovated, super clean , good coffee and breakfast

could have had more for breakfast

staff was very friendly and respectful and breakfast was decent

the pool is smallish and was packed with kids. no getting in there!

the hot tub is open 24 hours for adults, the woman at the desk was very friendly, low pet fee

i loved the pool

pool was cold, and the shower faucet needs to be fixed, so it doesn't leak water, so you have

no pool, gym was not working.

i liked the fitness center. it was well equiped.

i had dropped my hotel key card on the floor while eating breakfast without realizing and one of the ladies watching over the food bar noticed and picked it
