the room was beautiful. staff was friendly. the bar staff was amazing.

not perfect - some issues with loose fixtures and the breakfast bar was not maintained throughout the open hours

inside the bathroom in our room was much higher than the room for some reason and the swimming pool was out of order, but other than that, the hotel was nice

our last day, not much of a breakfast was offer, just cereal without milk, bagels and beverages (coffee and juice)

i put my laundry in the bags like your and filled out the tag like your supposed to and they ignored it,

my only complaint is that kitchen floor was not clean and sticky as they sprayed it and they forgot to mop it

very nice breakfast and the attendant was very helpful and food was delicious

kids were really looking forward to use the swimming pool but once we got there it was really dirty and there was people smoking so we couldn’t stay
