they do not include breakfast which is not a big deal

the golf course tee was right adjacent to our window, so to keep the window cracked to let the steam

we reserved private parking and never got that, we also got late check- in + late check out, and it wasn't promised

walls were paper-thin, and our room with a kitchenette smelled like seafood

stayed in, i think room 309, it was perfect… beautiful view with a balcony, a fire place, small kitchen area… hands down the best room i’ve stayed in… wish the bed had been more comfortable
kitchen had lots of crumbs and we are super sensitive to gluten
the room had a balcony with an oceanview, a kitchenette, bathroom, stovetop, microwave, keurig, and a fireplace

was sketchy, no adults, 2 kids cleaning lobby
parking security is not the best and wouldn't be best for small kids
people live in this motel they had kids and were screaming and yelling until 3:30am
kids and guests yelling and playing until way late at night
were very disappointed (especially the kids) when we arrived for the breakfast and they were out of waffle batter
