the inn has a lovely bar that sells beer from their own brewery and has the friendliest bartender

the bar tender was excellent and she was so kind and helpful

hotel has a very good fitness room, well equipped and reasonably sizeable

the location was perfect and walkable to all bars, restaurants, bookstores, and even hiking - we were in the middle of everything in the

valet parking was easy, staff super friendly, especially with our family with small kids

to check in - and you walk into a bright and clean and inviting space, with a good size open bar right in the lobby

the bar was closed the two nights we were there (sunday and monday).

did not like the fact that when i came in, after some medical appointments, at 11 am, the coffee bar was closed

the on site snack bar with starbucks coffee was handy as was the computer stations and lots of comfortable and open

there also needs to be 24/7 coffee and tea bar like any other hotel

talking to the woman who was working the bar last night and this am - tho unfortunately i don’t remember her name

most hotels offer coffee bar all day for no charge

convenient parking and laundry

laundry facilities couldn’t find the kitchen no maid services

very clean rooms kids really liked it

was a lot of space and there was a laundry area which was useful

continental breakfast is tasty

the complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fruit juices, coffee, and hot apple cider

the suite was spacious and had a kitchen wich was a bonus as i stayed several days

it had a bigger refrigerator in the kitchen area

parking wasn't close enough to some of the rooms

rooms were big and the kids loved the pool.

the selection of tv channels and wifi speed were all good

wonderful bar and bartender (and should) eat dinner at the inn - it was one of my favorite meals in all of vt and hang by the bar and fireplace / library afterwards (+)the breakfast, location, and bar were all great! (-)think the dining room was understaffed in the evening -- the barman, mike, was also seating dinner guests and busing tables; this slowed down bar service (*) drinks were great, bartender was cool, waitress spent some quality time talking to us (the one who puts together the (+) the gathering room with bar and fireplace were perfect for hanging out (+) the inn had a lovely bar with a roaring fire that was very comfortable and inviting (+) the restaurant and the bar were inviting

we ate dinner there as well as breakfast and both meals were excellent.

we loved having breakfast in our room and the fee was minimal.

the parking lot was overcrowded but in fairness there was a lot of snow.
