clean clean clean! great smelling too!! pool, gym and nice people!!

had a late check out and they were knocking on our door at 9:30am.

she yelled at us to get out of the room when we had a late check out and continued to be rude

my company was working at four winds casino, this hotel was close, clean and comfortable for a great value

stones in lake michigan, eat at a variety of delicious restaurants within the casino, and use the pool and one of two hot tubs

we stayed in #23 (upstairs far right in blue building) with small stocked kitchen, table, hide-a-bed, queen bedroom, jet tub

cleanliness, nothing at the gym worked, price much too high, bathtub was chipping, everything was dirty

the breakfast was great just a little crowded in the main lobby

also i didn't understand the bracelet thing to be in the pool

gym was closed, door a didn't work part of the time

for the trip i was making, close to restaurants, the beach, and the parking worked for a small travel trailer i was pulling

i also love the pool and steam room

the swimming pool was a bit small and always crowded, so we were unable to use it.

big rooms, two queen size beds. swimming pool kept the kids happy, bar kept the wife happy.
