room was rather small; there was no comfortable lounge or bar area for socialising; the corridors were very dark and the automatic lights had a small delay

a very helpful young lady) that i should go to the bar myself to save a 7 room service fee

the room service food was not delicious.

on-site spa would be the icing on the cake but i appreciate that there is only so much that one can achieve
