i had to be picky would be lack of variety for breakfast

we had an injured child in our party of seven with three booked rooms but yet could not get an early check in for one room

gym facility could be slightly improved

there is also a small gym on site

excellent location for airport. very clean excellent bar and food facilities

the bar in the front lounge had a great range of whiskies and gins , it had a good atmosphere and we

we only had a light supper in the bar so cannot comment on restaurant but

the dining room ditto, and the bar too

we felt the bar area appeared makeshift with bottles stacked on a trolley

very kind and helpful staff adjoining room for kids and a nice breakfast

the cost included a wonderful full cooked breakfast

i have never paid so much money for a one night stay in a hotel that does not off evening food or room service

it is a good property for wedding events and other gatherings with a golf course right next door

intended to eat in our room, but the prices were very high and an extra 5 pre head to deliver room service is to much

menu for vegetarian for room service and lounge

i could not experience the breakfast or the dinner or the bar due to the covid issues but feel that once this pandemic is over this would be an excellent

easy parking, spacious comfortable rooms and good

double bed was very small would be good to have a dividing curtain between kids room and

size of the room was good room service came very quickly staff were lovely checking out time at

chicken nuggets on menu, kids gutted but asked and the chef was able to give us chicken goujongs so all fab after

was kind and nice and willing to help, which i appreciated since i arrived really late and with kids that needed to rest very

so don t expect early check in, recommendations and smiles

very spacious and clean considering the value that your paid. it even has a gym access.

our family room was really nice n cosy n at the same time could accomplish 2 adults and kids comfortably

loved that kids have separate room with bunk beds

could have brekkie until 11am very handy when kids are involved

they had treats ready for our kids and waters in the room

like the fact the pool area is not staffed with a lifeguard as felt it was necessary at times as kids were not following the rules which could result in injury to themselves or others

the pool is great the staff is extremely accommodating

our request for late check out due to wait on car rental replacement were rejected

excellent restaurant and bar , also a great souvenir shop

i really enjoyed the comfortable seats in bar and lounge area and had a quiet evening here with a good book

the dinner we had was beautiful, the waitress was very attentive to us and our kids

breakfast was excellent as there was a varied choice and the quality of the ingredients was of a

breakfast was superb as well

the bar and back seating area was amazing

faultless dinner and a great, hearty breakfast

gamekeepers breakfast is fantastic

the only thing my son could have was pizza so we ended up eating out a few nights where they did kids options

location is nice next to a tourist museum on nessie particularly good for kids

bath was good for kids too

the bar looks awesome

staff very friendly and welcoming, got early check in and even they upgrade my room :)
