our room was large and wifi was excellent

very comfortable, hotel next door to train station that helped alot with getting train home with kids, i choose this hotel for the victorian feel which didnt disappoint and price i paid for 5

location probably the worst postion in the hotel next to laundry with bottle bank outside very noisy liked the food breakfast was

breakfast and room service available at very reasonable prices but did not need to use on this occasion

ironic that the bathroom has stickers to conserve water yet the amount of towel laundry they must go through, to compensate for the shower issue, doesn t make sense

liked the decor everywhere in room and that there was a gym il use next time

i thoroughly enjoyed staying here, highly recommend i was slightly disappointed that the gym could not be used during my stay ,so i can't comment on that

rooms were good size but they would not provide extra bed for kids

well appointed rooms, central location, excellent bar and restaurant and extremely helpful, friendly staff

could have brekkie until 11am very handy when kids are involved

we had some enjoyable evenings in the hotel bar where all the patrons were extremely helpful and friendly, great stay

property was immaculate, beds were so comfy, staff were friendly and breakfast fab, bar at night was nice atmosphere, all in all excellent value and great sleep, cleaned to a high

facilities, food available, peter the host is so friendly, pool & darts room which my kids loved

was great for visiting culoden and for playing golf at castle stuart

ample parking and the serene atmosphere made it an easy and enjoyable place to stay

i could not experience the breakfast or the dinner or the bar due to the covid issues but feel that once this pandemic is over this would be an excellent

wifi coverage was a bit unpredictable but this may have been due to a large numberof guests

we had an injured child in our party of seven with three booked rooms but yet could not get an early check in for one room

the reception managed by tai was great straight from the off and he was really friendly and the bar staff were fantastic and didn’t stop all night and were friendly and approachable and very

late check out

the whisky bar and the staffs knowledge of such is incredible too

our request for late check out due to wait on car rental replacement were rejected

excellent restaurant and bar , also a great souvenir shop

i really enjoyed the comfortable seats in bar and lounge area and had a quiet evening here with a good book

the dinner we had was beautiful, the waitress was very attentive to us and our kids

no bar fridge.

was slightly outnoff the way walk wise to anything and the bar closed early 4pm due to winter hours

is a charmless place, but there are b&b's available if you simply have to indulge your kids in the myth of the monster

allowed us early check in but our room was in a cabin up a hill outside of the hotel, we were expecting a room

surroundings, comfortable rooms, the staff was excellent, the fairy trail was a great idea for kids

bar area had an open fire and a wide selection of whiskies, food - both breakfast and dinner were also good

do with a couple of normal height tables in the bar area for people like us who had a dog and wanted to have them in the same room for dinner as

breakfast was plentiful and delicious
