room service, food from restaurants was not good

the pool was closed for maintenance but that only disappointed the grandkids

good safety in parking lot--i borrowed my husband's

the casino was clean and orderly, although i didn't gamble this trip

the casino will send a shuttle to pick you up, and bring you back

few blocks from casino, free shuttle, 3 times cheaper , very clean , very friendly

to casino , the 2 young staff were nice

could have had a better breakfast selwction

had coffee and continental breakfast out in the morning

the breakfast was good too

nice room with pretty view, good breakfast.

river view was great. family loved the pool and i liked the outside hot tub

pool is a bit small if multiple families are using it, otherwise the hot tub is a great idea

cold pool & pool room (it was freezing outside and they had issues heating). no working hot-tub.

door lock was hard to operate. not enough parking.

close to va clinics, soup in the evening and breakfast in the morning

the staff laundry arts were being pushed around until 7pm and clustered right outside the hotel door

it would have been nice to maybe have a couple more bath-sized towels or at least a towel for the pool :-) and thank
