river view was great. family loved the pool and i liked the outside hot tub

pool is a bit small if multiple families are using it, otherwise the hot tub is a great idea

cold pool & pool room (it was freezing outside and they had issues heating). no working hot-tub.

door lock was hard to operate. not enough parking.
