i got a little confused navigating room service but the front desk mentioned it s on the tv now

the view of the pond and the golf course were gorgeous

the indoor outdoor heated pool was amazing, the other guests were friendly

place that we stayed at was really good because i had plenty of parking it had nice pool and restaurant inside facilities and the staff was amazing to work with very friendly caring

price was a bit high but the pool, gym, bar and restaurant on site, and breakfast made it an excellent value

the humidifier in gym was full of water and not running. gym is very humid.

it was great to have a gym, pool, and spa right across from our room's building

the hotel has a character, it is clean, it has a good bar , and the food is always the best part

not secured and partially open when checked and exterior patio door did not lock so we used a bar stool to secure it

we enjoyed the pool & food and location as well

like that it was a family, friendly resort unfortunately this place is not for kids

hot tub in the room was broke and in the other hotel and the out side pool is not being taken care

waterpark and indoor pool was ok, but got a terrible migraine from the strong smell of chlorine

sporting activities and pool, clean place and peaceful. visitor and employee were nice.

than the rooms not being updated and the lack of towels in the rooms/water park area, all else was great

price of the arcade & bar & 2 of the slides at the water park we’re not working & hot tub at water park but everything else was wonderful
