pool was nice & private which i like

u enter and instantly feel like you re on vacation with the bar off the right and all the staff is so

parking was awful , having being blocked by three cars and waiting for the owners to come move

it is super convenient to get to and from mbj airport, and we used the free parking

the bed was comfortable and the pillows clean, room service was good.

staff was super friendly and always smiling. gym was good. soup of the day was supergood.

bad enough we couldn t have pool side food but i had to get dress and it 20 feet from the

front desk it was my birthday and had to wait long for my birthday amenities

only thing i would say is the room service didn t have liquor as as option when ordering room service on vacation you want

also, the kitchen staff were friendly as even though we did not order breakfast, we were provided with coffee free of charge

all vegan spa menu (wright life live food) was best we had on our entire jamaica trip

to a fabulously renovated cottage with a view over the bay and a pool and outdoor shower

airport to the hotel took a little longer to organize than we would have liked, and there were no bar snacks available at the piano bar

and a fresh waterfall like a fountain would ve be great to cool off instead of the pool

heard from other guests that they also did not like the food) was the restaurant near the ziva pool-the service here was also

cold water only, very far away, no pool

there are no swimming pool, but it is in the process of building.

it s going to be even nicer when the landscape and pool are all done

the wifi was great

the bar just down the road played fairly loud music till about midnight.

they had activities kids clubs it was like doing a cruise without being on the cruise

wifi is not good.

our 2 kids and 75 year old parents really loved it too

the evening entertainment is too loud for kids

the prices of the spa were, in my opinion, a little overpriced

my suggestion is to have parents with kids to assist them when handling food

the property is beautiful and clean , the facilities , water park and pools were a plus .

food at white bay, the sports bar and pepe's was delicious

everyone from front gate security, to front desk staff, housekeeping, luggage assistants, to bar and restaurant teams were just excellent

property was home like and comfortable, but i think the need of having a pool party on saturday is

room service needs improvement. the foods presentation was unappealing.

entertainment team, the kids play ground and the water park

lovely staff, lots of food options, lots of activities, spa was phenomenal
