outstanding breakfast, best coffee i’ve ever had

cleanliness-gym was from the 1950’s treadmill broken not safe to use

hotel was correct and there was a pool and gym which is nice

the communication, we requested a room close to the pool due to my husband having trouble walking far distances and they were able to accommodate us

staff were super friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing, and we loved the huge rooms and comfortable beds

i have never been to a hotel where people hogged the spa to sit w/o jets

i understand pool hours are for safety but would have liked to go later at night passed 10.

breakfast bar was a disaster - ran out of coffee with no replacement offered and rude staff

the pool was a little cold but the kids didn’t mind!

they try to keep guests safe from covid with people being close at breakfast bar, i did miss the waffles

it is hard to know what the noise was about, but it really bothered our kids and we all couldn't sleep well

kitchenette had an led light under the range that we couldn't figure out how to turn off.

we were upgraded to a suite, huge room with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa, a fridge, and mini kitchen

surprised by a full kitchen ( sink, stove top, microwave, full frig and full countertop) only wish we had stayed

the kitchen had a fridge, dishwasher, stovetop, dishes, silverware, and pots and pans

the breakfast had fresh watermelon which i thought was a bonus

also, the vent over the kitchen seating area always seemed to blow cold

also, i thought the pool was open and it was under construction

the facilities- very comfortable bed, gorgeous brand new gym stocked with cold water bottles for you, as well as gym towels for your use

loved to have had more options on the menus at both the tavern, the junction and room service

food service takes three times longer than any normal facility. not much for kids to do.

the breakfast is very good. the room was nice and renovate.and it is truly a quiet hotel.

desk staff was very friendly, everything was clean, the food for breakfast was great

gentleman that helped us went above and beyond with some lovely slight of hand tricks which my kids loved

the room was big enough for my family and the kitchen was nice as well

nice hot tub and pool that nobody was using, actually took a nice hot tub before going to bed
